Vista Malls and Starmalls within the NCR+ Bubble was placed under ECQ guidelines effective March 29 until April 4, 2021.

With stricter measures being implemented across the country with the implementation of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in NCR+ Bubble, it has become more challenging to go out and procure necessities and other important items for the household. But fret not because Vista Mall and Starmall have partnered up with logistics service provider GetAll to make shopping a whole lot easier and more convenient for customers.

The Villar-owned chain of malls, through its partnership with GetAll, introduces a more convenient way to place orders with a central hotline that will readily serve orders from their more than 30 mall locations nationwide including Starmalls, Evia Lifestyle Center along Daang Hari Road in Las Pinas City, and NOMO, a Vista lifestyle center in the City of Bacoor, as well as SOMO Market.

GetAll’s personal shoppers can purchase all your essentials and more while you wait at the comfort of your own homes.

Customers can easily remember this hotline now that there is only one number to call and message. For those who would like to order on behalf of family and friends in different areas, it is now easier to consolidate their orders and remember only one number for all.

The GetAll Service is available for every need imaginable: grocery shopping, food delivery, pharmacy needs, household repair and improvement items, and even bills payment. It is truly as if customers are in the mall and doing these errands themselves.

The unified hotline number 0915-219-0003 accepts Viber messages from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, and does same day deliveries in select areas around the country. Customers of Vista Mall and Starmall can expect a more seamless experience when buying through GetAll’s Shopper Service. Payment is encouraged to be done via contactless methods such as e-wallets or credit and debit card transactions.

Customers can also be assured of the quality and safety of their parcels as these will be sanitized before dispatch and handled by trained drivers and riders.

Vista Mall and Starmall reiterate the importance of keeping safe during this time by reminding their customers to opt for contactless delivery and simply wait for their items to be delivered to their doorstep. Shoppers are also encouraged to sanitize items before bringing them into their homes to help safeguard their health and safety.

This partnership is a giant leap in ensuring the safety of Vista Mall and Starmall shoppers, and the continuity of business and livelihood of the malls’ delivery partners, tenants, and merchants.

Curbside pick-up is also available through the mall’s DropBuy service. DropBuy enables customers to quickly and conveniently pick up items that they ordered ahead from certain stores. Ordering and payment settlement is processed separately by these stores while designated pick-up points are situated at easily accessible areas within mall premises.

Essential stores for Vista Malls and Starmalls within the NCR+ bubble are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from March 29 to April 4, 2021 while All Day Supermarket and AllHome branches are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the said period.
