Here's how you can avail of Ricky Lee's writing course promo

The 2021 National Artist nominee and the most-awarded scriptwriter in the Philippines, Ricky Lee, is offering a writing course.

Produced by Pelikulove, enthusiasts could join him on April 11 and April 25.

All enrollees will get a certificate and become members of Ricky Lee’s Trip to Quiapo writing community and the Pelikulove creative community.

The seasoned screenwriter, journalist, novelist, and playwright has written more than 180 produced film scripts, earning him more than 80 trophies from award-giving bodies, including life achievement awards from the Cinemanila International Film Festival, the Gawad Urian, the UP Gawad Plaridel, the Gawad CCP, and others.

Pelikulove is an online platform envisioned to help build and strengthen Filipino creative communities primarily through online training programs, fora for connectivity, and production showcases to provide space for the Filipino voice not often seen or heard in mainstream circuits.

They aim to nurture an environment of openness and critical thinking that fosters creativity, progressive thinking, collaboration, support, and healthy discourses both on- and offline. Following social entrepreneurship principles, they hope to build a community that is inclusive and sustainable.
