OMG! Donnalyn Bartolome age-shamed at 26

She is young, beautiful, talented, successful. For sure haters would think twice saying something bad against Donnalyn Bartolome. How can they?

Ah, but the idle mind is the devil's playground.

For lack of anything to hurl at the 26-year-old, they recently decided to age-shame her.

Yes. At 26.

One said, "Matanda ka na!"

Another commented, "Bakit di ka pa mag-asawa? Baka mapag-iwanan ka!"

Yet another suggested, “Mag-anak ka na. Mahirap tumanda nang walang anak.”

Donnalyn was cool about it.

In fact, she even took time to respond to some of them.

“Nagpost ako ng photo ko, dami niyo na sinabi,” she said.

“Mas mahirap tumanda na gagawing retirement (plan) ang mga anak," she added. “Have children because you want to experience the joys of being a parent. Not with the intention of obligating them of responsibility that isn’t theirs.”

With that mic-drop moment, Donnalyn proved she will always thrive amid efforts of detractors.
