She meant well, making sure to greet her mom Sharon Cuneta who is celebrating a very important milestone in her life, but KC Concepcion's effort ultimately moved the Megastar to tears.

It was caught on cam, too.

Note that prior, some fans have been reaching out to Sharon expressing worry about her and KC seemingly not being chummy of late.

Well, the post should help end further speculation relating to their alleged estrangement.

In the video call, KC could be heard clearly telling her mom how much she loves her.

Judging from Sharon's reaction, it is obvious the feeling is mutual.

Note the call was prompted with KC not being able to make it to Sharon and husband Senator Kiko Pangilinan 25th wedding anniversary celebration Wednesday.
