Pokwang, Paolo Ballesteros, other celebrities organize community pantries

Despite the incident at Angel Locsin's community pantry, many other celebrities are braving the possibility of being red-tagged putting up their own pantries.

Joining hands together for neighbors in Antipolo are Pokwang and Paolo Ballesteros.

Pokwang announced the matter on Twitter.

She quipped, "Nag-o-organize na rin kami dito sa aming barangay sa Antipolo kasama mga kapitbahay ko sa subdivision ng community pantry.

"Tatawagin namin itong #Pantrysisters bilang kapit bahay ko si #PaoloBalesteros haahhahaha or #Pantryliners ??"

Actress Glaiza de Castro has reportedly started her own community pantry in Baler, Quezon where she is currently ensconced along with her family.

Note that ahead all of them, actress Gabbi Garcia, together with her parents and neighbors, also organized a community pantry in ParaÃ±aque.

ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya, the community extension leg of the Kapamilya network, also set up a pantry in Quezon City.
