'Oh My Job!' to tackle TUPAD program

The new normal has indeed affected almost everything in our lives. With the new world we live in now, industries have shifted and unemployment rate has skyrocketed and is at its highest right now.

The central business districts are not as bustling anymore as employees do not even need to be in their usual work place and office buildings have become like ghost towns.

That's why the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has stepped up its "Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD)" as it recognized that some are earning less or not earning at all right now.

On Saturday, Aprl 24, Atty. Ma. Karina Perida-Trayvilla of the Bureau of Workers and Special Concerns (BWSC) will talk about new job openings brought about by the pandemic like contact tracers in the Emergency Employment Program under TUPAD in the program "Oh My Job!"

Secretary Silvestre Belo III will also lead a discussion on the 119th Labor Day Celebration.

The show will also discuss how to start an online selling business in the “Tip Of Da Week” segment.
