Two young men who went missing after swimming at the height of typhoon "Bising" were found dead near the shoreline of Camotes Island in Cebu, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) confirmed Friday, April 23.
In an incident report, the PCG identified the victims as Jhon Mark Heriodas, 19, and Clark Paradero, 21.

The fatalities were found during a joint search and rescue operation of the PCG and San Francisco Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) last Wednesday, April 21.
According to the report, Heriodas was found by a concerned citizen floating in the vicinity waters of Barangay San Isidro.
Meanwhile, Paradero was recovered by the search and rescue team at the waters of Canlusong Wharf.
Heriodas and Paradero went swimming in Camotes Island on Monday, April 19, as Bising pummeled parts of Visayas and Bicol, the PCG said.
The bodies of the victims were turned-over to San Francisco Funeral Services for proper disposition, it added.
