KarlTzy's Lancelot dazzles as Bren Esports schools Work AF to keep MPL streak going

Bren Esports finally found its scary championship form as it swept Work Auster Force, 2-0, to stretch its wimning streak in the MPL Philippines Season 7 on Thursday night, April 22.Â
M2 Grand Finals MVP Karl "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno got his hands on his signature Lancelot and slashed down their scrim partners in Work to fuel Bren's one-sided 12-8 Game 2 triumph.
KarlTzy, who finished with 6-1-2 kill-death-assist, led a 3-for-1 exchange in favor of the reigning MPL-PH and world champions that resulted in a purple buff steal then a Lord take to seal the deal.

Bren earlier dictated the rhythm early in Game 1 as it took objectives and an uncontested Lord kill in the 10th minute through its vision advantage provided by the Mountain Shocker ultimate from KarlTzy's Yi Sun-Shin and the Void Blast from Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel's Yve.
The M2 World Championship kings never looked behind on its way to a clinical 13-6 victory in 16 minutes.

After a 0-3 losing start to the season, Bren scored its third consecutive win and tightened its grip on No. 3 in Group A with nine points.
Coach Francis "Duckey" Glindro's boys in black and yellow also posted their first sweep of the season.Â
"This (first sweep) is really a big momentum change for us since the score is 2-0, I feel that we have a higher chance to continue winning. It's also a big boost to our morale," said Duckey in the post-match interview aired through Bren's YouTube channel.
Despite suffering its second straight setback, league rookie Work remained at No. 2 in the same group with 10 markers on a 3-3 series win-loss slate.
