Apple announces AirTags with luxurious Hermès leather accessory

Apple's first big launch for 2021 just streamed online and there's a lot of unpacking to be done. From overhauled iMacs in rainbow colors, new iPad Pros, Apple TV, purple iPhone 12, and AirTags with matching special leather accessories, Apple's spring event is totally loaded.

For AirTags, they are basically attachable tags you can use to track your things. From your keys, bags, wallets, and other tiny whatnots, you can now attach AirTag and use your iPhone's "Find My" network to locate your belongings. Adding a premium touch, Apple launches AirTags that come in luxurious leather by Hermès.

Apple once again teams up with the luxury fashion house for this year's most coveted tech accessory. The AirTags Hermès—including key rings, luggage tags, and bag charms—come in orange, fauve, and bleu indigo. The loop is also co-branded with Hermès and Apple, selling for $299 (bag charm), $349 (key ring), and $449 (luggage tag).

Aside from Hermès, Apple also releases their own AirTag leather loops that come in saddle brown and red which sells for P2,390; leather key ring available in baltic blue, saddle brown, and red for P2,090; and loops made of polyurethane in electric orange, sunflower, deep navy, and white colors that start at 1,790. The AirTag alone sells for P1,690 and P5,790 for a pack of four.

The Philippine prices for the Hermès leather goods have yet to be announced, as well as the pre-order date. Internationally, the AirTags and accessories are available for pre-order starting April 23, 2021.
