Why Kim Chiu became Amy Perez's 'shadow:' 'Hindi ko alam saan ako lulugar'

Did you know that Kim Chiu used to follow Amy Perez around, everywhere?

This Tyang Amy revealed herself, as she greeted the seasoned actress on her 31st birthday.

On "It's Showtime" she told Kim: "You have a very good heart. Gusto ko lang malaman mo na nung nagsimula ka dito sa 'Showtime,' sinusundan mo ako kahit saan ako nagpunta, kulang na lang pati sa banyo sundan mo ako. Hindi ko alam kung bakit? Simula nun tinatawag ko siya na shadow ko."

Kim reasoned, "Nahihiya kasi ako dito nung unang nag guest host ako, parang hindi ko alam saan ako lulugar. So pag saan siya pumupunta, siya Tyang Amy, du'n ako. 'Tyang, sama ako kasi nahihiya talaga ako.' Hanggang sa dressing room, pag i-ihi siya du'n ako sa labas ng pinto. 'Tyang dito lang ako.'"

Amy attested Kim is the shy type.

Meanwhile, Vhong Navarro extended his gratitude to Kim.

"Maraming salamat kasi dinagdagan mo kami ng kulay. Salamat sa pagiging generous. Salamat sa respeto mo sa aming lahat," he said.

"Natutuwa ako sa kanya kasi sa pag pasok niya rito alam niya yung lugar niya, alam niya kung paano niya tayo kakausapin, kung paano niya tayo rerespetuhin," he shared.

"Ang ganda kasi dahil Kim Chiu ka na 'di ba? Pero alam mo kung paano makisama at magpakumbaba sa lahat. Hindi lang sa mga host pati sa staff and crew. Maraming salamat du'n Kimmy. At ang birthday wish ko sayo, good health. We love you."
