Janine Gutierrez shares how Rayver Cruz gets her attention when she's upset

Persistence is key for every enduring relationship, and for celebrity lovers Janine Gutierrez and Rayver Cruz this age-old saying couldn't be more true.

But even their seemingly stable relationship had their fair share of hard moments, that is why Janine is thankful for her understanding boyfriend.

As Janine relates, "Parang naisip ko na malaking tulong din yung meron kang palaging kausap na kahit masungit ka or malungkot ka, kakausapin ka pa rin niya."

Good thing Rayver is more than willing to calm her down when situations become worrisome.

"Parang nu'ng pandemic kasi kailangan natin talagang umasa at sumandal sa isa't-isa eh. So I'm just grateful that meron akong ganun na kasama nitong past year," she added.

Janine, 31, is now making her mark on her new home network after her decision to become a Kapamilya earlier this year, while Rayver, 31, is continuing his successful career as a Kapuso.

Their most recent projects are the now streaming film "Dito at Doon" and the upcoming TV adaptation of the 1988 hit film "Nagbabagang Luha" respectively.
