LOOK: No VIP treatment for Rabiya Mateo at NAIA

How time flies! It's almost a week now since Miss Philippines Rabiya Mateo flew to the US for the 69th Miss Universe beauty pageant.

On Instagram April 15, Jonas Gaffud, creative director for Miss Universe Philippines, shared a photo taken inside the departure area of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Paranaque City last April 9. His full post:

"Our departure look in NAIA last Friday.

"There was no VIP lounge because of protocols. But we are happy we made it.

"After 5 days at home we will be finally going out tomorrow for our first shoot," Jonas wrote.

Jonas and his team are now in Los Angeles, California to accompany Rabiya Mateo in her quest for fifth Miss Universe crown for the Philippines in Florida.
