Team Valor's Kamolvattanavith, Takei eliminated in 'The Apprentice'

Team Valor has yet to recover as Teirra Kamolvattanavith of Thailand and Sho Takei of Japan were eliminated in the fourth episode of ONE Championship's "The Apprentice".
Kamolvattanavith, Takei, and project manager Irina Chadsey were sent to the chopping block after ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong picked Team Conquest to win the digital restaurant branding business challenge.
Sityodtong pointed out that Kamolvattanavith's awkward pauses and stuttering put Team Valor's pitch in hot water while Filipino bet Louie Sangalang helped her in the process.
The task was to create a Korean-Western-inspired branding and to incorporate plant-based protein in two respective dishes.
Team Valor got the nod of the judges, including Kishin RK, founder and chairman of TiffinLabs, with its solid brand concept. The packaging, however, was underwhelming and Sityodtong said it did not justify the "asking price."
Team Conquest, on the other hand, was superb in its attention to detail and had more cohesive concept. The brand itself, however, did not impress the ONE chief and felt like it was "cheap fast food."
Overall, Team Conquest still managed the episode including the physical task where Joy Koh, who had never played football in her life, pumped life for the squad with the lone goal of the game.
Featuring mixed martial arts star Sage Northcutt, both teams played bubble soccer at Tanjong Beach in Sentosa.
Earlier, Eugene Chung was transferred to Team Valor in exchange for controversial contender Clinton Tudor.
Team Valor now only has four members namely Sangalang, Chung, Chadsey, and Monica Millington while Team Conquest has seven participants left.
