Diego Loyzaga feels more alive doing 'thrillers'

Actor Diego Loyzaga has no problems doing any role, but he did say that his upcoming film "Death of a Girlfriend" was a great experience.

It all started with him building friendship among other cast members especially her leading lady, AJ Raval.

"Ako yung gumawa ng first move para maging magkaibigan kami. Marami kaming mg mutual friends and doon nagsimula. Bago si AJ sa showbiz so tinatanong ko siya like why she started showbiz and ano na yung mga nagawa niya mga guato niya mga hindi." said Diego.

AJ then added, si "Diego naman kasi, tahimik akong tao and mahiyain ako nung una, so buti na lang nagkasundo pa rin kami."

Diego is right at home with his role in the film, as he explained, "Actually sa mga stories, movies or roles na ganito (Thriller) mas nabubuhayan ako eh kasi that is different, it is not the usual na teleserye type or love story so it's a challenge for an actor."

"Masaya siya kasi whenever I'm watching series online, or watching movies eto yung mga stories na hinahanap ko eh; maganda siya basahin so ginaganahan ka rin magtrabaho para sa ganitong klaseng kwento," he added.

"Death of a Girlfriend" revolves around the story of two lovers (Diego and AJ) who pledge to meet each other in the woods everyday, only to be stopped by a horrifying crime that will spark a quest for justice.

Directed by Yam Laranas, "Death of a Girlfriend" is available only on VivaMax starting April 30.
