TO THE RESCUE: Heart Evangelista saves stray cat

Among the country’s more popular animal lovers, Heart Evangelista once again proved she is more than ready to provide food and shelter to furry friends in need.

According to a GMA News report, the actress recently saved a cat that got trapped in her sister’s car.

They didn’t know how it got there.

They were driving somewhere when they heard the cat crying.

Upon inspection, they found the cat hanging on for dear life near the car’s engine.

Heart has since been taking care of the cat.
