There's no truth in Billy "Z4pnu" Alfonso's claim that Aura PH star gold laner Benedict "Bennyqt" Gonzales will go back to Execration, according to Aura's country manager Mitch Liwanag.

MPL Philippines veteran Z4pnu recently made a stir on social media when he said that Bennyqt is set for a grand return to Execration.

"Bennyqt is back... Babalik na si Bennqyt sa Execration. Magandang balita 'to (Bennyqt will return to Execration. This is good news)," said Z4pnu on his live stream last Saturday night, April 10.

But Liwanag denied the supposed good news from the seasoned professional player.

"No, that's not true," Liwanag told Manila Bulletin in a quick online chat on Monday, April 12.

The coaching staff member of the SEA Games 2019 gold winning Sibol ML national team even added that Bennyt "does have (a) long-term contract with us."

Z4pnu said that Bennyqt will replace Kelra for the meantime as the MPL, he alleged, will prohibit players who are 18 years old below next season.

But Moonton has yet to make an official announcement regarding the matter.

Bennyqt, touted by world champion coach Francis "Duckeyyy" Glindro and other notable mentors as one of the best gold laners at present, departed from Execration at the end of Season 6 and eventually moved to Aura.

Execration, for its part, got Aura players Kiel VJ "Kielvj" Hernandez and Renz "Renzio" Cadua during the roster shuffle.

Bennqyt and Aura are currently tied with Onic PH (five points) at the top of Group A while Z4pnu and Execration are third (four points) in Group B of the MPL-PH Season 7.
