Ogie Alcasid, Ian Veneracion stroll down memory lane via 'Virtually Yours, Kilabotitos' on March 26

Mr. Songwriter Ogie Alcasid and musician-actor Ian Veneracion are finally pushing through with the virtual concert dubbed "Virtually Yours, Kilabotitos" on March 26 at 8 p.m.


It was originally scheduled last March 2020 but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Now they are ready to perform together online as they take a trip down memory lane with songs that will touch your heart from the 60s to the 90s.

So expect nostalgia when they perform songs from the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, The Police, Hall and Oates, Michael Jackson, among others.

Ogie said that he and Ian never had difficulties in coming up with the playlist for the show because they both have the same taste in music.

The duo will also highlight their individual expertise in the keyboard and guitar. They added that nothing much has been changed in their original playlist.

Both stars miss performing live but there's also an advantage when you hold a virtual concert.

"Ang maganda rito, you can share this show with your family members or barkadas. With one ticket, you can have as many as 10 people watching. There’s watching, there’s reminiscing, there’s Ian and I sharing our gwapo-ness and I’m hoping that people will embrace this kind of virtual experience,” said Ogie.

Ian said: "Hindi rin sila mahihirapan in case pumunta ng CR or magutom sila. So they will really enjoy the show." 

With two different singing styles and two different personalities, the two-hour show will present them as one in music and humor. Virtually Yours, Kilabotitos will showcase their voices and wit. Think of it as a musical sit- com, setting a trend for experiencing a live concert in the “new normal”.

Experience this at the comfort of your homes on March 26, 2021, 8pm (Manila time). The concert will be available worldwide so anyone and everyone can watch. Tickets are available at ktx.ph and priced at P1,200 (full concert plus a documentary on the making of the show). With just one ticket, your whole family or friends can watch!
