Bea Alonzo reveals how she eases the pain of loved ones, friends with COVID-19

After spending her second year of Palm Sunday inside her home due to the pandemic, actress Bea Alonzo has encouraged her followers to use the free time to reflect.

Alonzo revealed she has close friends and loved ones infected by COVID-19.

The actress admitted she couldn't do anything to help them. She would just talk to them almost every day, as if holding their hands on a journey, only virtually.

"I mean, I knew this virus is scary, but I’ve never been slapped in the face by the fact that everything in life is fleeting and life is indeed short," she said.

"So, if you can, hug your loved ones now and tell them that you love them," she added.

Bea reminded netizens never underestimate the power of prayer.

"Let faith be your armor in these trying times," she advised. "We’ll never go back to this moment, live it, learn from it, make the best of it. Stay safe everyone."
