Marco Alcaraz, husband of beauty queen-actress Lara Quigaman, tests positive for COVID-19

Kapuso actor Marco Alcaraz, husband of beauty queen-actress Lara Quigaman, is now undergoing quarantine after he tested positive for COVID-19.

On a recent vlog, Marco was emotional as he believed that he got positive during a lock-in taping for a television series. One of his co-workers, he said, got a fever and they were all isolated and tested. His swab test showed he was positive although asymptomatic.


"Sobrang di ako makapaniwala. Di ko matanggap," he said.

Alcaraz said he got confused because roommate turned out to be negative during the five-day isolation period.

That prompted him to do a saliva antigen test which gave him a negative result.

Baffled with different results, Marco underwent another RT-PCR test two days later. He got a negative result.

“Sobrang naguguluhan ako talaga. Pero just to be safe, para sa mga bata, para kay Lara, para sa ibang tao, I will complete my isolation here,” he said.
