Lessandra expands portfolio in Nueva Ecija

Lessandra, developer of quality and affordable houses, recently opened its newest project, Lessandra Santa Rosa. Located in Brgy. Solenad, Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija, it is the second Lessandra community in the province, looking at to serve more residents in the North.

The 10-hectare development, which will have a Mediterranean-inspired community, offers a complete line of house models from its Arielle townhouse to single attached houses of Criselle, Ezabelle, Frielle to bigger house options of Sienna and Sienna Duplex, with a price range of P1.6 million to P3.3 million, giving buyers more options for property investment.

Lessandra Santa Rosa is the latest community expansion of the company in North Luzon.

Located along Santa Rosa-Fort Magsaysay Road, a major highway in the progressive, first-class municipality of Santa Rosa in Nueva Ecija, Lessandra Santa Rosa aims to provide Filipinos a holistic and quality neighborhood, where convenience and security are guaranteed. Its good location is one of its selling points, complemented by family-centric amenities.

Lessandra is confident that its Santa Rosa project, in addition to its existing communities in North Luzon, which include Cagayan and Isabela, among others, will contribute immensely in catering to the Filipino community as it continues to expand its portfolio. The company announced early this year that it will soon cater to the vertical market segment through its first condominium project, also scheduled for launching this 2021.
