Is this Kakai Bautista's response to the camp of Thai actor Mario Maurer?

Actress Kakai Bautista has said that all people are beautiful whatever size, shape, and color they're in.

Bautista made the comment after the camp of Thai actor Mario Maurer told her not to associate her name with the male heartthrob.

Is this Bautista's response to the demand letter of Maurer's camp?

Bautista accompanied the Instagram photo with the hashtags #?????????? #????????????????? and  #???????????????.


Earlier, Bautista has commented on the issue with similar hashtags. "????? ????? ??? ??????? ????????. ?????? ?????? ?? ????? ?? ??? ????? ???? ???????. #?????????? #????? #???????????????."


Maurer's lawyers reportedly sent Bautista's agency, Artist Gallery Management, a demand letter recently, ordering her to refrain from using the name of Mario or referencing him directly or indirectly.

This, after Kwaonhar Nine-Nine Co. Ltd., the actor’s management, was supposedly informed about Bautista's continued effort to attach her name to Maurer's.

If Bautista failed to comply, Maurer’s camp warned they have “all legitimate right to claim for other damages and expenses incurred as a result of this matter.” 

“All statements and claims made by Catherine ‘Kakai Bautista’ regarding her claims of proximity to Mario Maurer are hereby DENIED as false and untrue,” the demand letter added.
