Globe welcomes Korean star Kim Seon-ho to family via e-fan meet

Globe formally welcomed Korean star and #eamGoodBoy Kim Seon-ho to its family through an online fan meeting held on March 21 on the Kmmunity PH Facebook group.

At the event, he played the traditional “sipa” and worked on several Filipino phrases like “sana mapanaginipan mo ako” (hope you dream of me) and “ang ganda ganda mo” (you are so beautiful).
His fans, the Seonhohadas, were given the chance to ask him questions including his favorite vacation spot, favorite song and favorite daily routine.
Kim Seon-ho said he wanted to go back to Cebu, a place he visited for a shooting, and said these days, he starts his day by having breakfast with his family. Lucky fans were also able to join him onscreen for games and for a virtual group photo.
“I truly am here because you guys are there. And I am feeling all the support and gratitude. I want to be able to give back all the love that I’ve received from the fans,” Kim Seon-ho said at the event.
Essaying the role of Han Ji-pyeong in “Start-Up” has sharply increased his popularity not only in Korea but in other countries including the Philippines.
Last December, he won the Rookie Award for Show and Variety for “2 Days & 1 Night” at the 2020 KBS Entertainment Awards.
On being a new member of Globe’s family, Kim Seon-ho said, "I am very pleased to be the newest part of Globe's family and I am looking forward to all our projects. While we are having this virtual fan meet now, when this is all over, I hope I can visit you guys."

We continue to bring world-class connectivity and exciting digital experiences to our customers as a way to enable them to transform into the best version of themselves while enjoying the things they love from home,” said KD Dizon, Globe’s head of Consumer Mobile Business.
