Karla Estrada flaunts weight loss after year of hard workout

Kapamilya Queen mother Karla Estrada shared some updates about her fitness journey that started last year.

And the results? They are promising.

On Instagram, Karla shared a before-and-after-photo with the caption: "Before and After keme kala nyo ha! kahit konting achievement ipagmalaki mo! Dyan lahat nag uumpisa yan. lets go mga momshie!!! Wag na masyado madaming dahilan! LABAN PARA SA KALUSUGAN!!!"

Estrada included the dates, March 2020 - March 2021 to differentiate the snaps.

Friends and celebrities rushed to greet the actress: Mariel Padilla, Iza Calzado and her "Magandang Buhay" co-hosts Melai Cantiveros and Jolina Magdangal among others.

Uploaded last March 20, Estrada remains serious on regaining her sexy figure as seen in her more recent upload of herself working out.
