Eugene Layug's debut single 'Landiin Niyo Na Ako' makes everyone on Twitter scream for love

For his debut release under O/C Records, pop-novelty singer-songwriter Eugene Layug sings with such desperation to experience romantic bliss and be loved and with his song Landiin Niyo Na Ako, released on digital streaming platforms, and even got #LandiinNyoNaAko trending on Twitter the day before and during its release!

There are two things that are clearly evident the moment one presses the play button for this track, first of which is his obvious, comedic novelty lyricism that takes our desperation to experience love and bloats it into a funny, begging for anything please exercise that will surely bring everyone into a trip and make it relatable to most of us.

The other one is its instrumentation, or more specifically, its guitar and bass work, which have some huge classic rock and aloha flairin it with some powerful groovy tinge in it brought about by its slapping bass lines, resulting in a track that has strong vintage vibes in it yet carries the more modern, hugot centric sensibilities of modern romance and songwriting.

The song is an original composition of Eugene Layug with Kean Cipriano acting as its producer and its arrangement, mixing, and mastery done by Mark Enriquez with Cean Jr. being responsible for Eugene’s vocal recording which was done under O/C Studios.
