Vice Ganda gets mixed opinions on his new song 'Higad Girl'

His "ahas" remark on a tweet last February is now immortalized on Vice Ganda's new song "Higad Girl."

Some of the fans think that this song is related to his previous tweet, "Malapit na mag Feb 14. Madami ng nagkukumahog sa pag awra para umabot. Pati mga ahas porshur double time sa pandadaot."

The song is inspired by the hit song "My Chinita Girl" from the tunes down to its beat, the difference lies within the lyrics.

The chorus goes: "Sa'yong tingin, pa lang ako ay nagduda na, mga titig ko sa jowa ko ay maharot na, 'di mo mapigilan kati mong nadarama, Isa 'kang Higad Girl."

The comments section were flooded with support and questions from his fans.

Some of the comments read:

"Trending na naman to sa tiktok cno agree?"

"Mga nag-dislike, higad girl kayo? WHAHAHHAHAHA char"

"Sino ba pinaparinggan mo dito meme ? Name drop soon ahhahahahha."

Meanwhile "Chinita Girl" composer and singer artist Lil Vinceyy expressed his joy on Vice's version as he commented, "It’s a great honor that you liked my song, Lods! Meme Vice Ganda."

Uploaded last Friday, March 12, the song already garnered over 235,000 views and 25,000 likes.
