Looks like the Negros Occidental beauty is no longer competing for the prestigious sash and crown.

Well, that is, based on pageant insider Voltaire Tayag's recent social media post.

Sharing a photo of Vickie, he wrote, "When I saw your sash hanging on the rack, I couldn’t help but think what your journey could have been.

"You were always so sweet and nice everytime we saw each other.

"This phase in your life may be over but the rest of amazing future has just begun.

"I wish you all the best in everything you do Vickie. You will always be the Binibini queen we never crowned. I hope to see you around."

Talk about Vickie being no longer part of this years roster of candidates emerged a few weeks ago with some speculating on her eligibility due to age restrictions.

Vickie is now 28.

She was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas - International in 2011.

She would go on to eke huge notice following her appearance in ABS-CBN's reality show "Pinoy Big Brother."
