Paolo Ballesteros reveals poor posture linked to herniated disk

Paolo Ballesteros has recently revealed that he's having a herniated disk issue.

This after a netizen expressed concern about his poor posture.

"Hi, Pao! I always watch 'Eat Bulaga!' Stress reliever ko kayong lahat. Medyo bothered ako sayo Pao. Napansin ko kasi 'yun likod mo. May scoliosis ka ba? Seryoso ha. Wag ka sana magalit. Nag aalala kasi ako sa posture mo," the comment read.

The 38-year-old actor-TV host replied: "Ay meron po herniated disc. Pero onti pa lang hehe. Lahi namen eh. Sister at brother ko meron bakal sa leeg at lumbar."

According to Mayo Clinic, herniated disc refers to a problem with one of the rubbery cushions (disks) that sit between the individual bones (vertebrae) that stack to make your spine.

"Kuyaaa magpagaling ka po. Isa po kayo sa lagi kung inaabangan sa 'Eat Bulaga' e. Kapag walang Paolo, di ganun kasolid. Sending our prayers to you Kuya Pao," a netizen wrote.

Another added: "Hope and pray everything goes well. Masaya kami when you're around ('Eat Bulaga') sending hugs and kisses."
