Ayala Malls celebrate women’s month by honoring fearless females who inspire new beginnings. This tribute empowers women from all walks of life to continue impacting the world through their confidence, achievements, and influence. Patrons can expect Women’s Month at Ayala Malls to be filled with exciting promos, discounts, and activities including a special webinar sponsored by Philam Vitality and in partnership with The SHEeo Society.

What does it mean to be a fearless female? Find out at Uplift: Conversations with Filipina Movers, a Women’s Month Special sponsored by Philam Vitality, the health and wellness rewards program of Philam Life. The webinar is also in partnership with The SHEeo Society, an organization founded last 2019 to empower modern women entrepreneurs by providing them with a community, a support system, and a platform for vibrant exchange of ideas. With the goal of sharing helpful and relevant advice to women of varying backgrounds, inspirational Filipinas will discuss four topics that aim to shape fearless females.

Jane Dee

The first topic is called “#GlobalSHEeo”, a modern Filipina’s guide to being fearless and to fear less. It will be hosted by brand and marketing strategist, Jane Dee, who has successfully developed integrated campaigns, regional and local strategies, and marketing activations for premium consumer giants such as Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, and Crate & Barrel. She is the SHEeo of Beyond Beauty Global in Hong Kong.

This tribute empowers women from all walks of life to continue impacting the world through their confidence, achievements, and influence.

Lea Cruz

The second is “On Being a Fearless SHEeo,” which talks about fearlessly launching an intentional brand and growing the business amidst the pandemic. It will be hosted by entrepreneur and SHEeo of Wellsmith PH, Lea Cruz. In addition, Lea is the COO of Fieldtech Specialist Inc., an outsourcing company specializing in the Utility Industry.

Roxanne Ang-Farillas

The third is “Passion Fuels Purpose.” Hosted by Roxanne Ang-Farillas, founder and creative director of local fashion giants Plains & Prints and R.A.F., she will talk about discovering personal passions and finding one’s purpose. Having been in the retail business for more than 25 years, she continues to hold on to the fact that true happiness comes from within.

Rissa Mananquil-Trillo

Lastly, “The Rise of Holistic Filipina Leaders” lets the audience peek into a day in the life of a local female mover. Award-winning Filipina entrepreneur and co-founder of Happy Skin Cosmetics, Rissa Mananquil Trillo, hosts the session by giving a snapshot of what it means to nourish the inner self, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal & professional goals.
