Kris Bernal details how she recharges whenever she's tired

Kris Bernal recently posted something that might come in handy for all tired professionals and those who need some break but are too scared to do so.

On Instagram, a netizen asked Kris: "Is it okay to say I'm tired?" in which Kris replied with a photo of herself, with her answer written on it.

The text reads: "Oo naman. Everyone gets tired, when I get burned out, I always try to take things slow, talk to God about it and give myself a rest.

"Remember, life is not a competition. It's all about helping and inspiring others so we can each reach each other(s) potential.

"Chill ka lang! Don't be pressured by the internet or whatever! Take time to enjoy the ride and rest! she ended.

Kris, 31, came a long way after winning "StarStruck" Season 4 back in 2007, building her career as a lead actress on various roles in GMA Network, as well as a constant performer on their Sunday Noontime shows and now continuing her career with TV5, her most recent role in "Ate ng Ate Ko."

Aside from all of these, she's also an entrepreneur, fitness guru, vlogger and more. So if she could still slow down and take a rest whenever she's tired, then so can you. Keep going!
