Kira Balinger opens up about her relationship with Grae Fernandez

Friendzoned? Not quite, because doors are still open.

In a recent online interview with the press, Kira Ballinger said that she and Grae are not yet ready to level-up their friendship, as she explained: “Well I have to be very honest with you. I cannot lie sa inyong lahat. Sa panahon ngayon, I would just really like to enjoy the friendship that I have with Grae right now. Pero in the future, we don’t know. Nothing is set in stone. I’m not closing my doors or anything. We both have a lot of maturing to do as of now pero in the future, tingnan natin."

Kira detailed how Grae would talk to her like Jake, so she could focus on being Hope, the character that she is portraying.

"Talagang napakalaking tulong yun sa akin nung time na yun. So thanks Grae for that. I’m glad na ikaw yun,” she added.

Their love team and real-to-reel life friendship blossomed on the set of "Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin" with Grae going out of his way to surprise Kira on her ABS-CBN contract signing last December. That is now on it's last week, starting this Monday, March 15.
