Sta. Rosa, Laguna LGU clarifies: No health declaration form needed to enter the city

STA. ROSA CITY, Laguna - The local government unit clarified on Saturday (March 13) that visitors don't need to secure a health declaration form to enter the city.

In a Facebook announcement, Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas said that health declaration forms are only required for those who will stay in the city for more than a day, in which case, they're advised to report to the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) of the barangay where they will be staying.

On the other hand, locally stranded individuals (LSI), returning overseas Filipinos, and anyone arriving from another country is required to secure a Certificate of Residency from their barangay and a Certificate of Acceptance from the city government.

Visitors who will enter the city to go to malls or recreation facilities will only need to comply with health declaration protocols required by the establishments.

The city reported 82 total active cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on March 13.
