When Heart Evangelista and Gabbi Garcia both shared this new makeup line that landed in our shores late last year, we couldn't help but swoon over its pretty packaging and wearable hues of eyeshadow and lipstick palettes. In celebration of Valentine’s Day, the brand is launching two new products exclusively on Shopee.
