Robin Padilla shares heartbreaking video of his grieving mom

Mrs. Eva Carino is still grieving the death of her son Royette Padilla who died of heart attack on Jan. 9.

In a one-minute video shared by action star Robin Padilla on Instagram Feb. 3, Mrs. Carino could be seen crying beside the photo of Royette at the Museo de Padilla in Quezon City. 

Mrs. Carino is being comforted by actress-television Mariel Rodriguez, wife of Robin. The two personalities talked but it was inaudible in the video.

In the 1990s, Royette made headlines when he declared himself to be a “brigadier general” of a group known as the "H-World United Nations Philippine Military Government International Police Commission."

Royette, 58, is also the brother of actor Rommel Padilla and BB. Gandanghari. He is the uncle of actors Daniel Padilla and Bela Padilla.

Mrs. Carino has just recovered from an illness, reports said. Prior to Royette's demise, he said that the recovery of his mom was the best gift they received last Christmas.
