How's Coco Martin as a co-star? Angelica Panganiban shares some juicy scoop

Most people know him for the hit primetime action-series "Ang Probinsyano" as Cardo, but there are little known facts about how the director-actor behaves while on-set.

His co-star for his upcoming return to the big-screen "Love or Money" Angelica Panganiban shed light on this subject.

"Tahimik eh, mahiyain, mahirap hulihin yung kiliti niya, parang kapag nahuli mo yung kiliti niya; dun ka na kasi kapag umalis ka, hindi ka na naman niya kilala.

"Feeling ko nga minsan nai-ingayan siya sa'kin, may one time nasa Dubai kami tapos tumitingin siya ng Alahas, then sabi ko, "Oh, Coco, 'wag mo na ako bilhan ng alahas…' ayun hindi niya nga ako binilhan," said Angelica.

Angelica shared all of this with a smile on her face, she also shared how much she admires her action-scenes knowledge and his gentle nature when it comes to her leading ladies.

"Nakakatuwa siya ka-eksena, siya bahala sa'yo lalo na sa mga intimate scenes, napaka-gentleman niya, nangungusap yung mga mata niya."

"Love or Money" director Mae Czarina Cruz-Alviar also noticed something about the actor, "May quota siya sa english words! Sinasabi niya, 'Direk ah, 10 lang yung baon ko, (english words) 11 ka na. Then sinasabi niya na i-direct siya because he's been doing Cardo for 6 years…Sa action scenes, napaka-patient niya magturo, and para siyang nasasapian when it comes to action scene, great suggestions, but at the same time willingto be directed."

Angelica added: "Saka Coco Martin yun, napaka-husay na actor."

Coco, 39, Angelica, 34, will topbill Star Cinema's "Love or Money" premiering this March 12, on KTX.PH, iwant TFC, TFC on Demand, Cignal PPV and Sky PPV.
