Lea Salonga reposts photo of man who allegedly harmed an Asian woman

Lea Salonga channeled her inner Rosa Parks as she proves that she will not be silent when it comes to acts of violence and racial discrimination.

In an Instagram Story on Thursday, Feb 18, Lea shared a photo of a person who allegedly injured an Asian lady by pushing her.

 Lea wrote: "This guy pushed an Asian lady. She had to get stitches."

In her next photo, there's a text that read: "Violence against Asians in America is a hate crime. Change the legislation."

Racism has always been a long-term problem in America.

One of the most cruel injustices reported was the brutal killing of American Hip-hop artist George Floyd, which sparked a movement to raise awareness on the issue.
