Tanya Garcia, Carmina Villaroel value right support system for healthy mind

Tanya Garcia's upcoming TV comeback didn't come by easy both physically and mentally due to the lock-in tapings with her co-star Carmina Villaroel.

In an online interview with the cast of "Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat," Tanya touched on the topic "ang realizations ko is kaya ko pala mawala sa bahay ng ganun katagal!"

Tanya went on to enumerate some of her concerns: from her children down to the poor signal reception on their set which did not help her ease the anxiety she had just by being away from her family.

The light in her tough situation came in the form of her co-stars, who helped her ease the worries away, calling them her "right support system" that helped her push through tapings.

On the other hand, Carmina realized how her family appreciated her more when she returned back home.

She also acknowledged Tanya's opinion along with the importance of having faith.

Carmina and Tanya star in the series “Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat” which will begin on Feb. 22, weekdays, on GMA Network's Afternoon Prime.
