Gary Valenciano thanks everyone for concern over his blood sugar level

Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano woke up feeling better last Tuesday, Feb. 16 coming off from a high blood sugar level the previous day.

Valenciano immediately tweeted about this, saying: "Woke up early today feeling much much better!!! Thanks to all who showed concern. Sugar was at 104 a while ago and that’s perfect! Fellow diabetics, type 1 or 2, please never stop taking care of yourselves k? God bless you all. Thanks again everyone."

Valenciano, 56, had been battling Type 1 diabetes since he was 14 years old.

On midnight that same day, Valenciano tweeted about how dangerously high his sugar was despite taking the right measures to bring it back.
