Regine Velasquez-Alcasid cancels digital concert due to COVID-19

It seems like Regine Velasquez won't be doing her first digital Valentine's concert just yet.
And the culprit? The symptoms of COVID-19 afflicted one of her staff members for the said event.
This morning, Feb. 10, ABS-CBN posted its official statement regarding the postponement of the concert.
The full statement read:

"ABS-CBN's Events and IME regret to announce that "Freedom: Regine Velasquez-Alcasid Digital Concert," originally scheduled on Feb. 14, has been postponed.
"Regine was recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and she is now in quarantine.
"We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. All the tickets sold with the original date will be honored on the new "Freedom" concert schedule, which will be announced soon.
"The health and safety of our artist and staff is our priority and we are thankful for your support and understanding."
"Just recently, Asia's Song Bird admitted that she was 'stressed out' for her upcoming concert as she tweeted: “Im getting stressed out lapit na kasi bahala ka na Lord.”
