Bahrain club honors Marck Espejo

Bahrain League volleyball club Bani Jamra recently honored Filipino spiker Marck Espejo for completing his contract with the team.

In a series of photos posted on the team’s Instagram account, Espejo poses with team officials during a simple ceremony while also getting a  tour at the Bani Jamra textile factory.

Espejo, a member of the PH team that won the historic silver in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, played for Bani Jamra for nearly three months since November. He ended his contract late January.

This was Espejo’s third foreign stint after playing in the Japanese and Thai club teams.
