David DiMuzio claims ABS-CBN 'never' paid his royalties

David DiMuzio took to social media recently to reveal his issue with ABS-CBN.

On Facebook, the singer-songwriter asked his followers if they know of a "good" attorney he can hire to contact ABS-CBN.

"They have never paid me even ONE PESO of royalties contractually owed on the songs I released through their record label and publishing company Star Songs, and every time I have inquired over the past 7+ years they either blow me off or don’t respond at all to my request for a royalty statement,” he explained.

David reiterated the songs he released through ABS-CBN have since garnered "millions of streams.”

“PS: Their record label is still operating at this time,” he added.

Netizens quickly suggested the names of Atty. Larry Gadon, Atty. Raymond Fortun, or Atty. Rodante Marcoleta.

Curiously, David's post is no longer available.

ABS-CBN hasn't released any statement about the issue.
