With Christmas only a few days away, they want to specifically focus on how we can acknowledge, deal with, and cope with grief during the holidays.

The Coping with Holiday Grief webinar is Forest Lake's effort to help people kick start their journey to healing, even during the holiday season. The free webinar will be hosted by Issa Litton who will also lead the interview of the lineup of credible panelists. One of which are experts, Zarah Hernaez, a Mental Health Coach; and Dra. Ma. Cristina Esquivel-Saldivar, Registered Psychologist and Registered Guidance Counselor, specializes in psychological assessment, adult issues and mental health interventions, career counseling, facilitating life transitions and adjustments.

The webinar will also include testimonials from someone who has dealt with the pain of loss and share how they manage to cope and deal with their grief on special occasions like the holidays.
