A graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman topped the December Geodetic Engineering Licensure Examination (GELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The roll of passers was led by Christian Janlois Arguelles Noriega with a rating of 91.80. UP Diliman emerged as the top-performing school with a passing rate of 97.53 percent.
Ten more graduates of UP Diliman made it to the top 10: Gian Nathan Acurantes Tongco (2nd, 91), Jay Vee Perdonio Estrada (3rd, 90.60), Kenny Brem Cervantes Medina (5th, 90), Margaux Elijah Palma Neri (5th, 90), Richmond Gozon Siccion (6th, 89.60), Gilson Andre Morata Narciso (7th, 89.20), Elaine Margarette Ducos Pangan (8th, 89), Dominic Cabanlit Fargas Jr. (9th, 88.80), Pocholo Miguel Almodovar de Lara (10th, 88.60), and John Jason Calusin Tumbaga (88.60).
Also in the top 10 list are: Bernard Maiko Cunanan Tayag of the Pampanga State Agricultural University (3rd, 90.60), Jeith Pons Suarez Tutor of the Visayas State University (4th, 90.20), Jhon Lloyd Llego Abergas of the University of Southeastern Philippines (9th, 88.80), Dona Claire Martin dela Cruz of the Nueva Vizcaya State University (9th, 88.80), and Maria Belinda Dolinog Campana of the Caraga State University (10th, 88.60).
Meanwhile, the PRC also announced that 375 out of 694 passed the licensure exam given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
