The OCTA Research Group is warning that the uptick in Metro Manila’s daily coronavirus disease (COVID-19) infections was no longer just  because of the holiday break, and so with the reproduction number.

As such, OCTA Fellow Dr. Guido David is raising concern over these COVID-19 indicators, and reminded the public to continue to adhere to health protocols.

In the aftermath of Typhoon Odette, President Duterte said help for victims is coming, with funds set to be released today.

Also from the President’s office, it was reported that the P5-trillion national budget for 2022 will be signed by Duterte before the end of the year.
