K-pop star-actor Kim Jaejoong gifted with food truck by Pinoy fans: ‘I miss Philippines’


K-pop star and actor Kim Jaejoong thanked Filipino fans for sending him a food truck and flowers in South Korea.

On Dec. 27, Jaejoong uploaded photos on his Instagram accounts showing him holding flowers in front of a burger truck sent by fans from the Philippines.

‘I miss Philippines. Thank u for everything. #philippines #jaefans_philippines,” Jaejoong wrote.

Jae Fans PH, a fan club of the star in the Philippines, told Manila Bulletin they sent the food truck, flowers and mangoes to Jaejoong’s filming location for the drama “Bad Memory Eraser.”

The food truck contains the words “Mahal Kita” and “I Love You,” and shows a caricature of Jaejoong riding a jeepney with a Philippine flag.

One of the photos showed Jaejoong signing a banner of the food truck with the words “My love Philippines.”

“Bad Memory Eraser” is a romance drama between a man whose life has been changed with a memory eraser and a woman who holds his destiny. Jaejoong and actress Jin Se-yeon are starring in the drama. Among his past drama projects were “Protect the Boss,” “Dr. Jin” and “Spy.”

In November 2017, Jaejoong went to the Philippines and held his first ever “Asia Tour Fanmeeting in Manila" at the Araneta Coliseum. That was his second time visiting the country since 2006 when he and other group mates shot an ad.
