Bongbong's camp 'humbled' by dominance in surveys

The camp of Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said Monday, Dec. 27, it is humbled by the presidential aspirant’s dominance in the recent surveys, which also “inspires” them and “adds” to their resolve.

Lawyer Vic Rodriguez, Marcos Jr.’s spokesman, said that the “overwhelming” figures of supporters Marcos Jr. received from the latest OCTA Research survey "confirm all the other national surveys," such as those conducted by SWS and Pulse Asia.

Recent OCTA Research survey entitled Tugon ng Masa, which was conducted from December 7 to 12, showed that Marcos Jr. was favored by 54 percent of the total respondents from across the country.

"All these surveys unanimously show Bongbong’s unifying leadership endears him to all classes and segments of the voting population, they also teach us where he can still improve, provide more help, and focus," he said.

According to Rodriguez, the latest OCTA Research survey results will serve as their "guide in strengthening other components of our campaign."

He said not only Marcos Jr. feels humbled by his dominance in the surveys, but also his ally, vice presidential candidate Sara Duterte-Carpio, who also turned out to be the top choice for the second highest seat in the country.

" humbles all of us in the BBM-Sara UniTeam as we all strive to be better in our tasks of meeting the expectations and aspirations of our supporters and the rest of the Filipino people," Rodriguez said.

"We shall not blink, we shall not falter, until every voice is heard through the ballot, until every soul is counted on election day," he added.
