Valenzuela LGU warns residents vs solicitation letters from fake city hall employees

The Valenzuela City government on Saturday, Dec. 25, warned its residents regarding fake solicitation letters distributed by individuals pretending as city hall employees.

According to the local government, their employees are prohibited from asking for donations and receiving gifts.

The warning also includes solicitation letters from fake garbage collectors.

Residents who received the letters or were approached for the solicitations are urged to report to the city's Human Resource Management Office (HRMO).
