#WeWantEstes trends in Twitter as OhmyV33nus reveals change in Blacklist M3 skin

Blacklist Agents, fans of the M3 winner Blacklist International, made their presence felt in Twitter as #WeWantEstes trended on Thursday, Dec 23 after Jonmar “OhmyV33nus” Villaluna revealed that their Estes champion skin was allegedly declined by the developers.

According to OhmyV33nus, Moonton asked them to give three heroes to where it can choose from. Apparently, Estes wasn’t the choice for the game developers.

“The team wants Estes, tapos biglang sinabi ni Moonton na dapat daw tatlo yung choices, so dun palang alam ko nang red flag na, na it’s not gonna be Estes kahit na sabihin mo lahat ng member ng Blacklist gusto ‘yung Estes,” said OhmyV33nus during a Facebook livestream on Wednesday.

“Tapos yun pinilit talaga mag send ng three list, kailangan daw kasi maano like sa plano nila next year, ayun it’s not gonna be Estes sad to say,” added the also two-time MPL Philippines champion.

Although nothing is cast in stone yet since the skin is still in development and Moonton’s decision can still change, OhmyV33nus rued Moonton’s choice of picking a hero that is not a trademark of the team.

“Di pa naman totally sure like nung sinabi nila we’re gonna choose ganito ganyan, ako personally medyo nagreklamo talaga ako like bakit ganun, edi sana di niyo na tinanong yung team, di niyo na kinuha yung opinion, lahat kami nag vote na Estes tapos di rin naman pala yung pipiliin niya, what’s the sense,” V33nus explained.

“Ichi-check daw nila, sabi ko kayo na bahala kung sino nalang bet niyo go, kaysa mastress pa ako kaysa ipaglaban ko pa yung hindi nila bet,” he furthered.

Estes has been one of the trademark heroes of Blacklist and the anchor of their patented UBE strat since the crew was formed in MPL PH Season 7. The hero remained a staple of the team’s draft and one of its priority picks.

Blacklist went on to win two MPL PH titles in S7 and S8 using the UBE strat, two runner-up finishes in Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) and MPL Invitational before taking the throne in the M3 World Championship

“If you’re going to pick something na di ganun trademark ng Blacklist so what’s the point, where’s the value over revenue.”
