Four drug suspects, two of them minors, were arrested by police in three buy-bust operations in Muntinlupa, resulting in the confiscation of P127,228 worth of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride).
The Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), District Mobile Force Battalion and Muntinlupa Police Sub-Station 4 arrested suspect Flornel Galorpot, 26, in a buy-bust operation in Purok 1, Bgy. Sucat, Muntinlupa on Dec. 22.

Recovered from Galorpot were four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing about 15.01 grams with an estimated value of P102,068 and one P500 bill.
He was brought to the SPD for documentation and will face charges of violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Meanwhile, the Muntinlupa Police conducted an entrapment operation in Vivo Compound, Bgy. Bayanan, Muntinlupa on Dec. 22, resulting in the arrest of two minor suspects aged 16 and 17.
Recovered from them were three plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing about 2.5 grams with a value of P17,000 and P200 buy-bust money.
On the same date, the Muntinlupa Police conducted another sting in Purok 2, Bgy. Bayanan and arrested suspect Ruel Esplana, 38.
The police confiscated from Esplana two plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 1.2 grams with a value of P8,160.
“We can see that even when it is Christmas, illegal drug operations continue in our area of jurisdiction. That is why we also continue our operations against these illegal activities,” said SPD director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg.
