Electric post sparks, fire cause panic in Paranaque City

A fire caused by sparks from an electric post on Creekside United Paranaque Subdivision, Barangay Marcelo Green, Paranaque City caused panic among residents on Tuesday, Dec. 21.

SO2 Miyuki Tuto of the Paranaque City Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said a residents saw sparks coming from an electric post along the area.

Tuto said the BFP immediately responded to control it.

The BFP said the fire reached first alarm at about 10:33 a.m. and was placed under control at 10:52 a.m.
