Seniors in Valenzuela City urged to get unclaimed Christmas gift packs

The Valenzuela City government on Monday, Dec. 20, reminded its senior citizens to get their unclaimed :Pamaskong Handog" gift packs.

There are designated venues such as the Valenzuela City Social Hall and the 3S Center of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) in different barangays where the beneficiaries can still claim their gifts.

The distribution of the unclaimed gift packs will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.

The beneficiaries should present their claim stubs and senior citizen identification cards.

They can also let a relative claim the packs and provide an authorization letter.

The city's "Pamaskong Handog" program for the senior citizens for the year 2021 was held on Dec. 11-18 where around 59,139 residents received their gifts, the local government said.
